WORRY LESS: WE ARE HERE FOR YOU, HERE'S HOW TO ACCESS HELP

St David's isn't just about ensuring that you achieve the best grades you can during your time here. We are concerned about the whole student and this includes your safety and your wellbeing.

Do you feel safe?

We want you to feel like College is a safe space for you to come and learn and relax with your friends. However, if you are concerned about yourself or someone else, we want you to let us know.

There are a number of ways you can do this:

  • If you feel able, your Learner Coach should be the first person you speak to about any concerns you may have about yourself, or a friend.

  • Alternatively, if you would prefer, we have two Wellbeing Officers who are available for you to speak to. You don't need an appointment, just pop along to the LSC in the LRC and ask for Michèle or Chris.

  • We also have two College Counsellors, Sara and Jules who are on hand to speak to you about any worries you may have. Just contact the LSC to make an appointment.

Is your wellbeing being affected by:

  • Bullying

  • Cyber bullying

  • Unhealthy relationships

  • Drug & substance misuse

  • Harassment & discrimination

  • Online safety

  • Or anything else!

We want you to talk to us! Contact your Learner Coach, the Wellbeing Officers or the Counsellors so that we can help.
